The ELEVATE Empowerment Program is a multi-month professional leadership & mentoring experience customized to promote the development and retention of emerging, under-represented mid-level talent to advance in their careers. Its purpose is to provide these diverse, high-performing, mid-management level employees with tools, training, and guidance to cultivate their business acumen and prepare them for senior management/executive-level roles
360º Review
PEER FEEDBACK | Orientation from four to six subject matter experts of a professional’s work at the Orchard. This 360˚ Review is designed to help assess an individuals’ skills and development. The Review is divided into three sections to organize the feedback for the participant.
